There could be a couple of reasons for this one…
Some performances have unallocated seating. If this is the case it will be stated in the “Need to Know” section of our offer page. If seating is unallocated, seats will be available on a first come first serve basis, so please arrive at the venue with plenty of time to ensure you get the best view possible.
In other cases seats may be allocated by the theatre/venue. For some of the partners we work with we do not have access to their allocation system and therefore they will allocate seats based on the best available at time of purchase to ensure that you get the best possible experience.. Again if this is the case it will be stated in the “Need to Know” section of our offer page.
