E-Tickets and E-Receipts are sent by our system automatically as soon as your purchase has gone through.
Please check you Spam/Clutter/Junk folders. To make sure this doesn’t happen please mark customerservice@littlebird.co.uk as a safe sender.
If you have a LittleBird account you can also easily access your E-Tickets. Simply Log into your LittleBird Account. Navigate to the “Your Account” section (found in the top right hand corner on laptops/ tablets/desktops or the top left hand corner on mobiles), go to “Your Purchases” and your E-Ticket should be waiting there for you to download.
