If you have a LittleBird account you can easily access your e-Tickets. Simply log into your LittleBird Account. Navigate to the “Your Account” section (found in the top right hand corner on laptops/ tablets/desktops or the top left hand corner on mobiles), go to “Your Purchases” and your e-Ticket should be waiting there for you to download.
In some instances you may have clicked over to one of our partner’s websites to make your purchase. If this is the case your e-Ticket will not be in your LittleBird Account. Similarly if you made your purchase using our Guest Checkout process, you will not have an account where your purchase has been stored.
